Accessing locations from the game beginning?

Just wondering whether these areas from Crawling from the Wreckage & Find Hope are reaccessible or not? Some places in these missions, like the place where Cap crafts the beginner saw launcher, look familiar: somehow this location reminds me of the Zip Kupka mission, Blow Their Mine in FC5. So, if these areas are reaccessible again in New Dawn, I wonder where to find them? Or, are these areas available during missions only, like the locations/areas of game beginning in FC3 and 4?

Blow Their Mine was probably my fave mission in FC5.

I have 5, yes.. But, the problem is that in New Dawn the map is closed until Kim gives the tutorial at the prosperity. Before that, nothing happens when I press the button in order to open the map, unlike in FC4 where the map always opened when I was in some location only available during mission, like beginning and main game DLC missions. It would be easier to make the area comparison if I had two computers, so I could run 5 and ND on different screens. This is why I was asking.. Carmina and Cap exit the tunnel (which they enter soon after that possible FC5 mission location) south of the prosperity, so maybe these areas of ND beginning missions can't be accessed later? In ND the playable area of Hope County is not even as big as in FC5..

the sealed tunnel to the west of what was johns region in Far Cry 5 and is also sealed by the highway men in ND.. .. was where you came into the new dawn map at beginning.. everything before that tunnel at the beginning of the game was it's own level only for that part of the game. parts of it did use models from the mine in Far Cry 5 it seams.. but not the location.. how I figured it was that tunnel is as you enter at the top of the mountain.. the rising sun (which would be east) is in front of you.

Actually.... no. Both the trainwreck and the New Dawn version of the Catamount Gold Mine are in the eastern part of Faith's region which is inaccessible as it is separated from the main map by a radiation zone. If you go to Sharky's place (the former Mastodon Geothermal Park) and fly a helicopter at the maximum altitude, you can spot the Catamount Mine building near the place where the Whistling Beaver Brewery used to be. When you stand on the bridge that leads to the Highwayman base with the entrance to the railway tunnel, you can also recognize the peaks north of Faith's Gate. Also, from the wrecked train, if you look to the west, you can spot the remains of Joseph's statue in the distance above the mountain side.

Keep in mind too that the cutscene after exiting the tunnel with Carmina says "Three hours Later" when showing them at Prosperity. So if they calculated a typical 3 mph walking pace, it could be a good 9 mi from Prosperity. Even at 2 mph to allow for rugged terrain, it would be 6 mi away.
