    I cannot play my games

    Hi, I own Assassins Creed Odysey, The Division 1 and The Division 2 in my Uplay account and I cannot play anymore. The Division 2 I preordered and I played beta too. How this can happen ? Please help, I was level 73 in ACO and level 14 in The Division 2 and I dont want to lose my money and my levels. Thank you.

    Hey vladc01, could you be a little more specific as to what the issue is?

    For example: what error messages are you receiving, how long ago did this happen, did you change any account details etc?

    about 1 week ago, I didnt change any account details

    and about 3 or 4 days ago it worked for some half a day and than it didnt work again

    only if Aco worked so I can play something but neither of them dosent work

    I have checked your account and I can confirm there are no games registered, therefore you must have another Ubisoft account with those games registered to it.
