Hello - i start play For Honor at PC (intel i7-7700k , nvidia gtx 770 ) - i was playing about two years on pc - with dualshock 4 v2 - and then buy ps4 pro ( hdmi 2.1 cabel + samsung nu8700) , i have ping for about 30ms and here i tel only about people who have ping in 30ms!
First of all i buy For Honor - and after month of gaming in PS4 and PC i understand that something is complitly wrong on PS4
Thre is a very big lag on PS4 most times - i see light hit - and the last moment - when i can't block it - on pc i can always block ligth, but on PS4 i have problems with block even heavy. I can parry ligth attack only by luck - it can be that threse no parring timing at al most of time
It complitly broken on PS4 and it is impossible to play seriously on ps4 - only way spam ligths.
And i try to set PS4 resolution to 1080 i try to turn off HDR - nothings helps - lag is always !!!I see some attaks after they heppens!

Like same - I don't know the exect time, for example varden light time is 500ms, parry time is from 300 ms to 400ms (only example)-
On the PC I have 400-500ms to block or 300ms to change block direct and press heavy to parry after animation start
On ps4 it is very bad - after start animation (when I see it on screen) I have only 200ms (not more, on my feeling) to block - and can pay only if already have a block inside of light and press heavy immediately, because parry time is same as animation starts.
In this case, if your opponent ping is more than 100ms you can't pay light at all - and it is completely difficult to block it, because you need time to change direction.
Same for me and my friend, we both play PC and ps4
