We appreciate that you report to the dev team, but it doesn't seem like the dev team is doing something, there hasn't been even one reply or actualization about this, whitout going any further, if you look on the "Known Issues" topic in this forum there's no information or status about the "Character's appearance bug" and for me that's a sign that the dev team doesn't give a damn about this issue
All character appearence has been restored.Originally Posted by phunkyprodigy Go to original post
Players affected by this issue have had their character original appearance restored with last week's patch.
If your character remains the same, then you are probably stuck with this look forever as the re-design feature is not planned to be implemented into the game.

Hello,
This is Ubisoft Customer Support.
As was announced in the patch notes on April 5, 2019 for the Tidal Basin update,
The issue was fixed to prevent it from happening to players, but the fix does not work for players who were already affected by the issue.
So to remedy this, the team plans to implement a feature in-game to re-customize the faces of player's characters, but they do not have a timeline for this implementation and wish for player's to understand that it will not be anytime soon.
In the meanwhile, we hope for you to continue playing the game
while waiting for the fix.
We know it has been long and troublesome,
But we hope for your understanding and cooperation.
Ubisoft Customer Support.
As previously mentioned, this issue should now be resolved from occurring any further. Any players that were affected by this issue did not have their characters fixed retroactively, which I apologize for any frustration for. The TD2 team is looking into this further for the future. We appreciate you guys checking in on this issue!
