Please initialise the map so that no missions are selected by default when we log in, it’s annoying to hear the same person screaming for help every time I log in and open the map.

I also had this happen with that mission in particular. It was quite annoying, after a while I just did the mission and that stopped it.

Same problem here. As expected it didn't appear any more when I finally did that mission.

But I just played my first main mission on normal difficulty and guess what happened? As soon as I joined the group for that mission, Medical Camp Attack was selected again and reappeared on the map with a "normal" difficulty setting (yes, a side mission with a difficulty setting).

So it seems as if I will have to deselect Medical Camp Attack whenever I play with a difficulty higher than story. *sigh*

When I joined another player "Medical Camp Attack" was automatically selected. On the map it says "Side Mission - Replay". I had finished it long ago.
