My credit card has been charged. It is in my order history but it is nowhere to be found in my library. I`ve read and posted in other threads about this but unlike the others I have all documentation and received no error message. Order number 11738922. Support has been very slow and chat is non existent it seems. This is a huge issue to say the least.

It is advised to await a response from the Ubisoft Store team on your support ticket. I understand that you have been awaiting a response for some time now, apologies but there is not a way to speed up this process.

They got my money for the Ultimate Edition, the server crashed as I completed the transaction and I have no game.

Did the payment go thru?
No->Send canned email to user informing such
Yes->Step 3
Step 3:
Is the game in their library?
No-> Step 4
Step 4:
Add game to library.
Send canned email to user informing such
