Bought the game under the assumption of it being automatically activated in my Uplay game launcher menu. Tried purchasing from the Uplay store menu and nothing would register when it came time for payment. I used the website, but now it seems my uplay and the website are horribly out of sink.
I was charged twice for the game
I have no evidence of my payment in the Uplay store order history
I did not get any email confirmation from Ubisoft saying my purchase (either of them) was successful
No game showing up in my menu to download
It's been a full day, I've gotten no response from support on this matter.
There is a thread of identical issues going on here but it's just a graveyard of people dropping their case number and waiting (one guy has been locked out of his purchase for 4 days)
