    Graphics Rendering Very Slowly

My issue is that all surfaces, including characters, are rendering very slowly. If I walk up to a building it takes sometimes up to 30 seconds for it to change from a very basic color pallet to a detailed surfaces. Statues, for example, will be a cluster of obscure polygons that slowly transform into coherent shapes, and finally fully rendered figures.

This issue has been occurring since day one, and has not gotten better. I have taken the following steps to fix it:

    • Restarted the game
    • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game
    • Cleared the cache on my Xbox
    • Repeated these three

Thank you for looking into this.

Experiencing the same issue as above, have tried troublshooting same as above. The issue has gotten really bad over the last 2 days however, and during some missions last night some textures NEVER loaded. It was like playing division rendered in the style of donkey kong 64.

    1st generation XB1, if it's relevant.

I have the same issue on my XB1X. There have been multiple threads about this. I, for one, have yet to see an official response to any of them.

    Hey ROSSENROT,

    Thank you for the report.

The team have been made aware of this and are investigating it.

Donkey Kong lol.... I have same issue. Although, I would have said it's more like Zelda on n64, espesh the big tree in centre of settlement. It looks like the big duko(?) tree from start of zelda

It HAS gotten worse. It seems to be almost as bad as it was in the closed beta. This game is SO close to being great, but this absolutely ruins it for me at times. We shouldn’t tolerate it. We paid the same price as PC players who aren’t having to put up with this.

I am seeing the same issue as well. Roads, signs, screens all look very blurry and “blocky”. Has anyone heard if Ubisoft has at least acknowledged this issue?

They have given a semi-response over on the PS4
Forum. Apparently it’s worse for them because there are over a hundred replies to the initial post.

“We do not have any updates at this time to provide for this issue....”

Doesn’t exactly instill confidence does it? They said they made the dev team aware but the fact that it hasn’t been added to Known Issues is telling.

I am not very hopefull about this. In the past i remember the same problems on halo 2 for original xbox. Later Gears of War had texture streaming problems on the 360. These were never fixed until the next generation of console. Texture poping in the distance can happens in every game and i even remember it happening on pc. However what happens here is extreme as very low res textures appear right infront of our face and it takes many second before they take their finale form. I have played wildlands on ps4pro and farcry5, AC Origins and Odyssey on Xbox One X. None of These games had similar issues, at least not on that level.
