    Purchased Div2, But Can't Seem To Get It To Show Up In My Games

    I've tried all the recommended fixes, cleared cache, reinstalled uPlay, but still nothing. I'm not an impatient man, but I have so little free time, I was really hoping to get this downloading sooner than later. Any suggestions outside of Ubisoft FAQs?

    Anybody? It still hasn't appeared in my games list. Ubisoft said to just keep waiting, which kind of stinks, but I guess that's my only option?

    I checked your account, and I only see one failed order. This was likely caused by yesterday's Ubisoft Store issues. If you would like to check yourself, please check your order history on the medium where you attempted your purchase (Ubisoft Store or Uplay). If you see The Division 2 there, let me know.

    UbiGabrinth I'm having the same issue, But I never got the 404 error alot of people did and the game does show up under my order history in Uplay where i purchased it and i was charged it just isn't showing up in my library and it's not hidden.

    Confirmed, it looks like the transaction failed. I was charged, but was told to expect a refund in 5-7 business days. Thanks for looking into it.

    Wait. It does show up in my orders on the Canadian Ubisoft site. Now I'm really confused.

    Im in same boat. Mine shows on order history but not in my games. case 08396930. Do i need to cancel somehow and re order?

    I too, bought the game last night and under My Orders it says "Your game is displayed in Uplay library" but it's not in my library at all. I opened a support ticket last night but no response yet.
