Having the same issue here..
I have the receipt, the purchase has gone through in every way except that it doesnt appear in my library..
Tried clearing the cache, reinstalling etc....
Wasn't sure i wanted to risk buying from ubisoft after the previous failures, but i did it anyway..
Wish i had seen these threads before buying.
