    A friend told me that it was a problem buying through the uplay client and to use the web based store... I now have 2 pending charges on my bank account, have used 2 of the 20% off codes and still have no copy of the game.

    Fortunately Ubi are usually really good about refunds when stuff like this happens but im still a bit disheartened being left behind by my friends who didn't have this issue

    I just spoke with customer support and he said that the purchase is on hold until its confirmed. Well its already been deducted from my bank account so the holding is from their side. Im kinda at a loss for words...

    Yeah,

    I made my purchase through the browser and when logged in can see that receipt/invoice. But when logged into the uplay client I don't see evidence that the purchase has been made.

    I'm glad I saw your post or I may have tried paying through the client and been in the same boat. (double paying)

    If they are having issues with all incoming payments then im sure theyll resolve the issue asap. That being said its pretty amazing a company of this size would have this issue.

    Hi, I own Assassins Creed Odysey, The Division 1 and The Division 2 in my Uplay account and I cannot play anymore. The Division 2 I preordered and I played beta too. How this can happen ? Please help, I was level 73 in ACO and level 14 in The Division 2 and I dont want to lose my money and my levels. Thank you.

    4 hours and still not able to download game. Not an ideal way to start my experience in Ubiplay. Anyone having better luck?
