Nerf Shaman
Look! Yet another post pointing out flaws of the games heroes!
Ok so, This is obviously not my first post about how ridiculously op Shaman is and how there are almost no flaws to her.
And i probably don't need to list all of the things wrong with her to get the point across. But i'm going to anyways just in-case people don't know yet.
Alright so i'm now going to list some or all of her problems. But i would like to clarify that i'm not saying that all of her attacks on their own are Overpowered, Some are extremely OP while some others are just really strong in the sense that with all of the other attacks it just adds to the Strength of Shaman. This post is not a guide how to fix her, It's just a post pointing out the flaws of Shaman and that she's in a big need of a rework or a big NERF.
How come that when she GB's and throws she gets a guaranteed "Predator's Mercy" or Heavy even if the target doesn't hit a wall?
How come that her "Raven's Claw" (Which activates her Blood trance might i add) can be hit from any direction while another hero who has a similar ability (Peacekeeper) can only do it from the the top?
How come that her "Predator's Mercy" which was similar to the Shugoki's old "Demon's embrace" but has the following changes : It's much faster, Tracks, Can be fainted, Doesn't do damage if you miss and can be done after a Light parry and/or GB throw with a guaranteed hit even if the Opponent doesn't hit a wall? But considering now that the Shugokis hug has now been changed that still doesn't mean it's not unbalanced and annoying
How come that her "Predator's Hunger" is like the Orochi's "Storm Rush" but can be fainted and can be used to headbutt people?
How come that her headbutt ability knocks people into walls while other heroes (Most of them) push abilities doesn't do that?
How come that she's clearly one of the fastest heroes in the game, Allowing her to get to points much faster than all other heroes? (This isn't such a big issue if there wasn't all of the other problems along with it)
How come that along with all of this she even has an Unblockable which does alot of damage which is a way to force players with no stamina to parry?
How come that she along with her "Predator's Mercy" which heals she can also use her Blood trance to heal up in the middle of a fight and just add more and more bleed with the "Raven's Claw" ability?
How come that she has the longest GB throw in the game by far?
How come that her "Predator's Hunger" attacks are quite fast despite being heavy attacks? You can even find Shamans just spamming this when in and even out of Revenge mode just because of the speed of it. Why is this?
How come that "Predator's Hunger" sometimes tracks with you when you do a Dodge attack/push?
How come that she can Soft-feint her heavies into a GB?
How come that she can use her "Blood Trance" abilities if she wasnt even the one to make the opponent bleed? A Peacekeeper could make me start bleeding and then THE SHAMAN could use her blood trance abilities without her inflicting the bleed herself.
How come that her "Predator's Mercy" does an insane amount of damage of 50 but still heals and fills up her stamina?
How come her "Wild Cat's rage" attacks are so extremely fast but they're still classified as "Heavy". So if you somehow, SOME WAY parry them you cant even punish shaman that hard?
How come that her attacks, "Especially" heavy and unblockable ones can be soft-feinted into so many things from GB's and Ravens claw to Side heavies and Wild cat's rage?
How come that there takes little to no skill to play her? It's basically : Attack, Make em Bleed, Bite, Repeat. I'm not saying that there arent moves that require skill, i'm just saying that you can do a ton of damage without having to learn and/or do much stuff at all.
I hope you all can finally see why Shaman is Overpowered in the eyes of (Hopefully) most people. I will update this post when more stuff comes to mind.
So Ubisoft. What do you have to say about this?
Of course i'm also looking for other peoples opinions along with Ubisoft's so please feel free to voice your thoughts.
