I guess there is already some info about this somewhere but lately this game has gotten really weird when it comes to warcries and special abilities.

The other way, during team wars, I played a douggie. Just after that the other player played a douggie of his own. That cancelled my douggies warcry and he started walking towards the enemy NK instead and got killed, while his douggie rolled and hit me as normal.

Today I had SoMM charged up and ready to go but was waiting for the other player to spawn one more character first. As soon as I saw the start of a spawn, I clicked to use his special ability. HOWEVER, it turned out that the other NK spawned a dwarf king clyde.

Now, heres the weird part: SoMMs special ability killed a robo bebe and injured the 2 other enemy characters (including DKC). Then they all came back to full health with 0 damage. His DKC hit my SoMM but did NOT kill him, so its not a matter of lag or anothing. Instead they stood there fighting for a while but in total SoMMs ability had 0 effect and the charge level was restarted so no option to run it again.

Feels like (for whatever reason) running new war cries negates the effect of other players currently running warcry / special ability.
