Actually this has happened to me also, and I never even TOUCHED the Barber. I haven't even recruited them yet.

Same happened to my second character something wrong between character gen and in game they go mutate.. I deleted her without thinking to screenshot.. Luckily my first character only has red eye brows and her head is a different color to her body, i guess i can deal with that..

nah, there is a bug where some players face has changed completely.

Had the same problem. Try re-logging your game and let Ubi know that it is a possible solution

Tried to logg off and back on still bugged, also tried to reinstall the game and problem remains.

this needs to be one of your top priorities right now. my playthrough has been halted because im running around as a grotesque looking woman. and its not just me who has this problem. ive scoured reddit, gamefaqs and this site and found over 50 claims of people who have similar issues. please at the very least announce that your fixiing it so we can at least have some form of relief. im lvl25 and ive sunk 26hrs into this game. im not gonna start all over again because of this bug

If you are that unhappy with your character's "fallen out of the 'ugly' tree and hit every branch on the way down" look you could always get hold of a Hunter mask and never have to look at her face again. Just a thought

Just adding that the barber turned me from a white dude to a black dude and I didn't even make any changes, I just cancelled out of the menu!

You mean like the "state of the game"? Where the communicate whats happening, and what their short term goals / fixes / etc are? Where they addressed this specific issue?
