Every so often (I do not know what causes it to happen and cannot reproduce it consistently), while matchmaking for Dominion, I will "join" a match, then an error box will pop up saying 1 of 2 things: the most often is along the lines of "not enough players...Error code #_______" (I just RMA'd my RAM or I'd get the actual error code); the second thing it can say is "The match is full. Could not join match" or something like that, I only saw this once or twice though.
After hitting 'Continue' (space bar in my case), it brings me to a screen that looks like the background map of the multiplayer screen...however there is no menu or orders on the left side as usual. The only thing that can be accessed is the game menu (with no option to exit, either game or to main menu), heroes page (via pressing tab or w/e your kebind is), and some of your profile and emblems. In order to do anything, I normally alt+f4 and have to reboot the game. Sometimes this will happen multiple times before I am able to actually join a match.
This happens normally during the first match make after launch. Once I've been in a match, it is much less frequent that this happens...but it does happen from time to time in between matches.
This issue definitely started occurring after the update; some things I've noticed almost everytime this happens is a delayed rendering in the start menu (background image and/or hero image take a long time to load) and a strange image that is very bright (yellowish-brown colors) and 'geometrically fragmented'; I assume this is part of the rendering for the next screen, but something I never noticed before.
For troubleshooting, things I've tried is ensuring my ports were set correctly, making sure there were no conflicting executables running in the background, verifying game files, exiting uPlay fully then reloading (and not exiting and reloading).
My PC specs are:

RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2x8 GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15
GPU: ASUS Geforce 1060GTX 6GB
OS: Windows 10 Professional 64-bit
Hey Warriors!
The game dev team has been made aware of this issue and they are actively looking into getting this resolved.
In the meantime, can you please try following the steps in the guide below (I have posted the PS4 and PC version as you're both on different platforms)
PC Version
PS4 Version
Can you please also try temporarily disabling UPnP on your router as well? If this does not help, please re-enable it.
