28/4/2019. I'm playing on ps4 this is the only mission I cannot complete. I play through on my own. I can blow up the first two crates as stated in a previous post after which I go towards the gate that is wide open and not shut like it was the first time I tried it the game fails to load the enemies and upon going to the crates the game fails to give me the prompt to destroy them. This problem has been reported by everyone from Xbox ps4 to PC there are a number of videos about it on YouTube as well as video submitted on this site. Don't **** us around get it fixed this has been going on for way too long and in the future finish your game before releasing it. This never happened in the 80s where games where complete before they got released back when companies cared about their reputation and customer base instead of thinking about the money they would get with pre-sales.

Well said. I think Ubisoft is either playing stupid or ignorant especially asking for videos on more than one occasion when people have actually given them video proof including myself. I’ve posted loads over on twitter already. There’s no point in me playing the game until they have fixed all the bugs. Not happy and will think twice before purchasing anymore games from Ubisoft I feel like I’ve been robbed.

I have the same problem I found a workaround but as I went to blow up the last box I got kicked from the group.
I found if you join another person's game who hasn't done the level the enemies spawn when you open the gate to the see a with 3 boxes I havnt tried joining someone's game who's having the same but tho but it's worth a try as it's driving me crazy.
I'm on pc if anyone wants to give it a try either join my game or I'll join yours or try it both ways or as a 4 player group.

Ubisoft released a patch yesterday and guess what they haven't resolved the side mission fault. Thanks very much guys you are a bunch of ignorant 'IDIOTS. It's ok because I will be all over your forums on social media telling others to keep well away from your broken game. Let's see if you guys make it into the top 10 of been the worst company of 2019. No point talking to you nicely because you totally ignore us and pretend to be fixing the issue.

@oatsmania Thank you for the video clip. I apologize for the delay in response and any frustration. The maintenance was a patch to help with the issue relating to not being able to interact with Henry Hayes.
I can assure you the TD2 team is aware of this issue and is working to release a fix for it soon. I recommend keeping an eye on the TD2 twitter for more information on upcoming fixes and updates. I apologize for any frustration this issue may have been causing you guys.
