With the new week coming do we have any answers on rather we are going to be getting our caches?

yup. still haven't received one cache.. and each week we've hit gold. clan level is 29 and in the top 25 clans globally. i've contributed in the top ten each week in a full 50 person clan. some members have got them and some haven't. I think we deserve the rewards we were promised for our hard work. is this problem even acknowledged or being worked on? i haven't seen evidence that UBI knows of this bug, only about the clan xp accumulating.

Many of my clan members including myself are unable to claim their Gold Tier Caches from Weekly bin in clan quarters.

I just went to grab mine and moved it to my inventory. It doesn’t Dow up in my inventory. I took a recording of it.

Was #1 in the clan for XP last week, no clan cache at all, it is empty. Is there any progress on this?

Same issue here, been more that a week with my clan, gaining xp but no reward, even after reset day. please fix.

Our clan cache reads 29/100 but is completely empty and does not show the rewards we have earned. I hope this one is a priority as it affects many people at the same time. Thank you.

Is this still being fixed? See messages here from launch. My clan hasn’t had a single one since launch and we’ve definitely been clearing a lot of weekly projects etc. I’m on Xbox
