I can deal with the 5000000 other bugs some which Are game breaking. But give me my god damn rewards for putting up with it and reset my daily’s. I have not received a new daily since I originally received them.
So still no update? Any compensation? Any information on how you will approach it?

They've said they are investigating it, but that doesn't mean anything.
If they can't fix it til the next reset, how can we be certain if this isn't happening again?
At times I think they spent more time making that pre order chart with prices than handling tickets or bugs. Ticket still not awnserd so much for that 48 hour response time hmm? And only response is video for opening a empty chest. How do you want us to do that now? Stream the next week opening?
