As far as Ubisoft is concerned, this is only an issue/problem if you've not received 3000 credits upon reaching Tier 1 previously (that is, in the campaign in this case).Originally Posted by Ogluund Go to original post
They now state 3000 for Tier 1 is per account, despite what they've not only stated previously, but also what the player sees on the screen in-game.

allot off ppl got missing tier points ghost mode via tech suport even if they had 3k prestige in normal mode so ubi cant stop giving those missing points because it would be discrimination especially in game is stated as we all c in post screens game offers 3k in ghost tier 1its complete mess

u cant treat half customers by giving points and other half not i think its against law

I just reached tier 1 in campaign mode and didnt receive them either, plus support service is not working due to covid ...
