I remember when, believe it or not, game makers cared about customer service. A tech could walk you thru a few lines in a config file to fix whatever was broken. However, now the games are much more complex and it seems that a response to at least let you know that they know about the issue and are working on a fix is even too much to ask. While I can understand that the fixes are far more complicated, what I will never get is the complete lack of understanding they have with customer help requests.
