Customization items won’t load properly | Forums

Long story short my pc die a few years ago and i had my nintendo switch laying around so i got trials rising I love the game but some of the customizable items like tires and helmets i have enter a loading cycle where if the wheels i had equipped would go to a blue camo vs the rainbow i had on them then if i go into the customization menu it gets a wheel over the item and ends up loading it and doesnt seem to come back untill i restart my switch like 3 times any idea on how to fix this?

Same problem here. Everytime i load up the game, my character is wearing different gear because my customized gear doesn't seem to be available... 😝

Try unequipping all the custom items that aren't loading. Then exit trials and launch the game again. Your items should now load properly. Hopefully.

Thanks for the tip, man. Just now i saw it and i had all my bikes with the original items loading forever, and i couldn't edit them or something. Glad the dupes are still gone though, and my custom clothes came back. Anyway, will try this earlier when i get home.

Hey there! If you haven't already, please open a ticket with Ubisoft Support with the name of the specific items so they can help you find a solution.
