please keep us updated. i dont want to start a new character if i dont have to. i can confirm with my character that my appearance changed after visiting the barber station in the white house. i was able to reset her appearance a few times but i am now permanent butter face.

Happened to me aswell, skin color and facial features completely different. Reloading doesn’t fix. Posted on a few other pages about this. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and at this point I’d be willing to bet they either can’t fix it or it’s so low on their list that it just won’t be fixed. All they do is recommend reloading even though over half the people on these forums are telling them reloading does NOT fix the issue.

Is there any update on this matter?

It has been a couple of weeks now and my character is still left looking rather hideous. It pains me because it happened after I hit WT4 and had put so much time both in creating and working through the world with her.

This issue has really annoyed me... I spent a long time making my character look exactly how i wanted, now he's randomly not even the same race anymore, could not be a more drastic change... Deep into wt4 (ready for wt5), and it just doesn't feel personal anymore...

We need a way to fix this, asap... I was immersed, now i barely care at all...

I just logged in this afternoon to discover my appearance is competely different. I see the forums say this is now a "known issue", but I would like to know when and how this will be fixed. I dont want to start over at level 1. Sad, the new character customizations are part of what i seen as a vast improvement over The Division.
