Not much to say other than my character went from a mid 30's guy with green eyes and that almost unintentionaly looked like John Cena to a 20 yrs old guy with blue eyes that doesn't have any of the features that my original character had... Not a big deal but what the hell?!

Sadly I don't have any screenshots of what my character looked like but I guess all we can do is wait for either a fix or new feature that will allow us to change appearance however we like. I experienced this same problem when using a barber, I spoke to Ubi support who said they're investigating it, and logging back in should fix the issue--it did not.
Now I'm torn between waiting for a fix and starting a new character, because the way I made my agent look was incredibly important to me.

In my case I had used the barber and played around with different hair/colors but didn't actually purchase/apply any changes, I just wanted to see what it looked like. However, I didn't notice it change immediately after the barber--I logged in from a different machine some time shortly after (within a couple hours or so) and noticed it then.
Can you please give us some reassurance that sooner or later we're going to get fixed? It's kind of a big deal when it comes to spending time on a character you love.

I didn't notice anything with my character's appearance until the following day when I used the barber again so I have no idea what could've caused it but I guess messing with the barber options makes your appearance change randomly.Originally Posted by UbiGabrinth Go to original post

Hello, I have the exact same problem. I created one character on saturday and the face has changed. I created a new character on sunday and the face has changed again today!
I noticed also that the parameters seem the same but applied to the face ZERO when I chose the face number 4 originally.
However I created a face on friday night, very late in the night (in france) and the face didnt change. It is still the same.
Last, I created a fourth character on sunday, a guy (the others were only girls) and it didnt change apparently. I just checked. So I see no logic...
Just scared it happens with my final choice. But now I am waiting for a fx before starting the game!
I spent hours creating these faces and now I have two monsters. They look ugly.
And I add that the characters are quite disapointing in this game in general compared to division 1. In the first episode, they were so classy, iconic. Now I have a bunch of rambo (men AND women) who look like monkeys with big ears and too many muscles. And the way they stand and move in general... When you dont move the charcaters he/she moves their arms like he/she gona raise some weight. So un-cool...
The game looks good otherwise. Nice setting even though the snow was so special...
So please bring us answer, thanks.

Happened as well. After checking a different beard or hairstyle, without purchase on Saturday, I logged in yesterday evening. I didn't recognize a random difference at my chars face, that might already had happened at this point. But today i logged in and see a char with some random face.
Nose, chin, eye colour.... Everything is different, except hairstyle and beard.
I hope you can fix it.
Playing on PS4 Plus/Europe
PS: right after the latest patch I noticed big stuttering and frame drops during playtime. Also sometimes textures won't load, so I am able to see the end of the map, or just black. Walking towards this area and it will pop up in an instance.
