I can let go with the M4A1 because I don't use it much, or at all but the AK-74 is ridiculous. Why would I put an American GL on a Russian AR? It's like you are not even trying Ubi.

I've been campaigning for a temporary stop to new weapons and focus on attachments.
(1) Adding more to existing weapons
(2) Different placement locations i.e. top rail
(3) Adding new ones

I would support attachment packs before new guns are to be added.

-SureFire Flashlights with an infrared setting to use with night vision & NonInfrared standard setting for daytime/use without NVG's.
Smaller "SureFire" flashlights for the Handguns.

-Infrared Laser "BE Meyers MAWL-DA" or "IZLID" for aiming with NVG's/marking targets at close-longer distances.

-Thermal Trijicon IR Patrol M300W weapon and helmet mounted.
Trijicon Electro-Optics IR Patrol M300W Thermal Weapon Scope
(black and white thermal, would be nice if the existing thermal had that as an option as well)

-Bipod's

-1-6x and 1-8x power optics similar to the following options are in consideration for widespread adoption in the military and have been used in current conflicts on DMR's as they offer a good balance of functionality at close to longer ranges.
Schmidt & Bender, Nightforce, US Optics, Valdada IOR, and others would also be acceptable alternatives to the ones listed below.

NightForce ATACR™ 1-8x24

Leupold MK6 1-6x

Leupold Mark 8 CQBSS 1.1-8x24mm. (Think it was in the division if it could be ported over)

Trijicon Accupower 1-8x28mm.

Trijicon Accupower 1-4x24mm.

Accupoint for the 1-6x24mm.

Allow them to be used on the Assault Rifles and DMR's/Battle Rifles. The Trijicon 6x48mm ACOG for the MG's might be a good addition as well.
If the 6x-8x in-game is too much make the (1-8x) 1-6x and make the (1-6x) 1-4x.
Could be nice to see the ACSS HUD Reticle on some of the Trijicon scopes the companies are partnered so shouldn't be an issue talked to the owner of the company Dimitri and He said they would likely put out a 1-8x or 1-6x optic with that reticle in the near future.

-Red dots for handguns like the Trijicon RMR or (ALG 6-Second Mount) with Aimpoint T1 or T2.

-More stock and furniture options would be nice,
Magpul STR, CTR, and MOE SL, MOE AK (& a functioning UBR) stocks. Could have an AR-15 to AK stock adapter so the AR stocks could be used on the AK (could be the rifle dynamic adapter)

A properly functioning ATPIAL would do all of that aside from the normal spectrum light. They wouldn't even have to put in new thing, just make the one we have work correctly.

RDS for pistols would be nice as well. I asked for that in a thread a while back. Beauty of a red dot sight is that it doesn't even have to be a brand/licensed just make a generic one and I'd be happy.

The rest of what you said, I would be happy with as well, but those two things are pretty big for me.

I am aware of the functionality of an ATPIAL as far as having a flood illumination feature in the IR spectrum, I prefer the BE Meyers MAWL as it is superior and takes up less horizontal space and can be mounted at the 3 or 11 o'clock position. A flashlight would still be beneficial to have in an IR spectrum as well as standard white light even if the illuminator worked on the ATPAIL.
