    Same problem

    We are having the same problem. Already do ALL the orientarions and the game simply dont run correctly.
    The Ubisoft team keep saying that they cant help and that they dont know How to resolve the problem and we keep on with an expensive game that we cant play.
    Awful support.

    Same here

    My 6-years bought this game and he happily played for many many days until the second battle in 4-8. It’s hard to explain to a kid why he can’t continue with the game which cost many months of his pocket money and he spent so much effort on it.
    I see the thread has been 2 years old and still nothing forward. I feel very sad and disappointed as a ubisoft game lover.

    Are you kidding me?

    My 4 year old has recently began his video game journey via Nintendo Switch Lite. After seeing the trailer for the upcoming Sparks of Hope, he has been excited and making his way Mario Rabbids only to be met with confusion and disappointment of this glitch. So close to the end! He feels like he’s done something wrong and that the enemies are ignoring him; thus making him upset. I now stumble across this thread looking for a solution only to find this bug has existed without resolution for almost 3 years?! I’ve reviewed the videos in this thread of others having the issue and it’s identical to what’s happening to him. Too many disappointed parents seeking answers for their children UBI… You all have been “awaiting information” for 3 years? Really?

    I understand this will be disappointing for your son and for yourself and others that have been affected by this issue.

    I can only apologise that we don't have any updates on what caused it or a fix and can only suggest maybe trying to follow this video exactly as shown to see if this helps, as it doesn't happen for everyone and may just be caused by playing the level in a specific way.
