I'm afraid Ubisoft seems to be quite inexpereienced in their support structure, compared to some other companies at least.
I would suggest - no matter how frustrating it is - to keep your cool, use all the avenues possible, and just do something else with your time whilst you wait to see if there is a response.
I wish I could give you better advice. Spreading awareness on social media may not be a bad thing if done calmly and correctly. If enough people do, maybe Ubisoft will see they need to invest more in their support.
