    I'm sorry to hear you all had this issue with ordering The Division 2 on our Store. There was an issue with the Ubisoft Store yesterday (March 20, 2019) that caused orders to fail. If you attempt a purchase at this time, you shouldn't have the same issues as yesterday.

    Im having another issue but instead its when I click the "Review&Order" button nothing happens and this is on the Ubisoft store website

    Please check your order history on the Ubisoft Store or Uplay (wherever you made the purchase). If the purchase was processed, you will have The Division 2 in your order history. I just checked your order, and it was not successful. Any charge you see is a temporary hold.

    If the transaction appears in the order history but we still don't have the game in our library, do we just need to wait ?

    Can you provide an escalation path to those who were charged but did not receive the game. How are refunds being handled?

    The order wont go through is what im saying, for some reason it wont go to the Review part of checkout even though I have entered everything and nothing is highlighting up in red...
