Credit Card was charged and funds removed (have sent proof in the ticket I submitted).
I raised that ticket 5 days again and havent heard from support.
Called UbiSoft Australia and they said bad luck.
Managed to get through to chat support once he said it was a store issue and hand balled it.
Sorry UbiSoft this is not good enough.
If I dont get some form of reply within the next 12 hours I will be lodging a case with my bank and letting them know the charges from you are a fraud and will request a charge back.

Just tried to purchase via uplay, credit card shows a charge, no game in my uplay library. Unbelievable to find posts here for this issue persisting multiple days. With Ubisoft knowing there's an issue yet not indicating this via uplay as we're making the purchase, and then taking my $$, is pretty low. We need the gaming reporting websites to start notifying potential buyers I suppose.

*if* this actually gets sorted I think Ill just buy a key from CJ's CD Keys instead of getting it from Ubisoft.
Cant be bothered trying to repurchase it from the Ubistore and go through another week of not being able to play.
All my mates are already Level 30 and World Tier 4 and I cant even download the game..
