One game charged twice
I've got almost the same problem of everybody but me I've got the game but i've been charged twice and i have only one order.... ubisoft told me it was because one unsucessfull transaction has been made so one of them is pending and we have to wait 7 buisness days to get our money back.. I'm very dispointed of this situation and also if we wait 7 days to see if we get a refund and ubisoft stop to fallow a case after 4 days how can we get back to them. I hope they will be gentle with us because it's not fun at all...
