    Are you kidding me?

    Hi, bought Anno 1800 last night, still haven't received any activation.

    This is atrocious service - I cannot believe they keep purchases enabled on the site while being unable to fulfill the orders.
    First time buying a game in ages and so far spent the time wondering where my money has gone. Great job Ubisoft.
