Ubisoft Support Ticket: 08651102 - Unable to purchase through the website nor did I receive the game after the transaction had been finalized. Considering this issue has been going on for months now. Just what on Earth is wrong with Ubisoft right now? It shouldn't be this much of a hassle to buy a game throught their own store. Not to mention the piss poor customer service or lack there of, and the terrible ui for the entire webpage... Can we at least get an explanation of what's going on or some kind of communication?
