    i'd pay an extra 10 to actually play the game, still nothing so far. got a response the day after i made a case but have been kept in the dark since. How long do i gotta wait??? made the purchase on friday last week.

    bought a 580 at local shop $300
    get the game up n running
    sold in the same day at a fb group for $280

    ofc i could play dirty abusing the 3-days return policy to get whole 300 back from the shop , but hey

    btw , where that 70 come from ?

    lol my bad math I guess, I wouldn't pay more than 2/3 the price for second hand pc stuff even if it were only 1 day old, prolly drop it cause it's hot and the thought of going through the hassle just to play the game, I guess I should have awarded you the dedication and been done with it, still sneaking thinking raishazalarc

    Ubisoft Support Ticket: 08651102 - Unable to purchase through the website nor did I receive the game after the transaction had been finalized. Considering this issue has been going on for months now. Just what on Earth is wrong with Ubisoft right now? It shouldn't be this much of a hassle to buy a game throught their own store. Not to mention the piss poor customer service or lack there of, and the terrible ui for the entire webpage... Can we at least get an explanation of what's going on or some kind of communication?

    What you geat to do its to contact uplay departments, in last case contact you bank and add a complaine about not reciving you payments product and the bank can withdraw the mony frome the company and return it to you. Atlest if you living inside of the EU.
