    Purchased today. No luck, 404, money 'gone', nothing else happened.
    Checked history, nothing there.

    Opened ticket: 08416632

    Not even an e-mail got about anything. After not seeing anything in response I just checked via web ubi account page on what I see, maybe the client is bugged. Nothing, just the same. No trace of the order, nothing.
    2019... Really.

    Ubisoft, explain what happens and how you would like to keep the good will of ppl.

    This is not like a server is not working on launch day or some progress lost. It's about money and a certain degree of uncertainty, a different league.

    We are currently investigating this 404 issue and we hope to have more information soon. Please note that attempted orders that have failed to process will be not be charged and any pending charges seen will be removed from your payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note Ubisoft Support is unable to speed that process up. I hope this clears some things up for you guys!

    UbiSailorScout: So we can't tell if a transaction just failed or somehow delayed like some of us in this thread?
    It is safe to attempt another purchase or not? Just have to wait for over a week to get absolutely sure on how to proceed?

    Support is usless

    My case has been open for 8 days now. No one from support had contacted me.
    Money still gone and still no game. Not even in my purchase history.

    I've done everything i can do.
    Guess I'll report it to my bank on Monday as a scam because ubi certainly don't want to help.

    Poor form ubi soft.
    You really should get some support staff that can actually revolve issues.

    in my case seem like UB dont event want to sell me their game
    btw , i'm from SEA and alot of my friends got same issue after asking around.


    ps: even my Uplay client only has News & Games tab , no store tab lulz. REALLY , UB plz admit you guy only want EU & NA so i can just give up on this one
