    Update

    Just an update on my case, it looks like Live Ubisoft Support is up and I spoke to the coolest guy called Mark W, got more info and was informed about the entire situation, feel a lot more reassured that I wasn't robbed by Ubisoft. I urge you all to try the live chat option while its still up. Best of luck !

    What did they say? Are they trying to resolve the issue with everyone here currently? My live chat option is still greyed out still no news for me.

    I also ordered The Division 2 via Uplay digital download on 3/20 and have not received the game. I was charged (payment is completed, not pending) and the game is in my order history. Support ticket filed on 3/20 and no reply or communication. Please let me know what your plan is. I am hopeful that Ubisoft isn't going to force us all to work this out with our credit card companies. Some kind of communication would be nice. Disappointing intro to the Uplay service and Ubisoft as a whole.

    I submitted my ticket close to midnight on the 20/03 and I received an update from the costumer support team.
    I was simply told to wait 24-48 hours (from me receiving the response) and the game should appear in my games library, if it doesn't I would need to contact them again so they can investigate it further.

    Not sure if this will be the case for everyone, but that is the response I received at least. In total it took them 1,5 days to respond to my ticket (understandable due to how many tickets they probably received due to this scenario), but I do wish that they did some website side announcement just stating something for everyone.

    I have received the same response as a lot of you have. Now my card has been charged instead of having a hold and I don't have the game 48 hours after purchase. My Uplay launcher says my order history is empty but on the store I have a complete invoice. As soon as you would notice a problem with the store, it should be possible to close the possibility to order. Apparently it's a big problem in Finland too because I've been waiting for about an hour to get through to customer support and the chat function is offline.

    update from me : I called the hotline (the number you can see in your order if you have any problem, I'm in France don't know if it's the same everywhere), the person I got told me they launched a script to complete the transactions that had a problem and it should be back in order in 48hours. When I told him it had already been 48 hours he escalated my ticket and told me the "shop team" will complete it. 15 minutes later I had my game in my library and everything is back to normal.

    If some of you still have a problem, maybe try calling them ? I dunno, worked for me I'm glad I talked to someone who was able to help me this fast, I thank him if he sees this by any chance.

    Game has appeared in Uplay and am currently downloading. Ordered on 3/20 afternoon. Hope you guys get it soon too.

    Pretty much right after I got tired of waiting in line for the customer service, I got the game in my library. For me they fixed this surprisingly quickly, let's hope the rest of you guys get it as soon as possible.

    Update from me aswell.

    Checked with my bank and they said the funds had been removed from my account ( 2 days into the situation). I get home and now the game is in my library. Seems to be resolved
