I have now waited 6 days. I have submitted tickets, I tried calling Ubisoft Australia (who are a bunch of rude jerks), I tried your online chat (which actually once did work) but then was told he couldn't help me and left the chat.
If its OK with you, can I please have your credit card number and Ill put a crap load of charges on it for you, and then you can explain to your wife why the charges are there and then you can also tell her how you have tried all of the support lines and no one will answer you.
Its fine - keep the $71.96 I am listing that charge as a fraud charge with my bank. Have fun talking to Visa about that..
Im done being nice because you lot certainly don't give a crap about anyone here who has tried to do the right thing and purchase the game.
i tried to purchase the Division 2 standard edition with 20% discount on the 15 of march through Uplay using credit card and it gave me an error 404 but i got message that the payment was deducted from my account but i cant find the game in my games tab nor i can see my order history, so now i am still waiting with no reply from support.
I don't know if there ever going to reply to us if they will add the game or refund it but come on its been a week with noting on this subject i might not consider purchasing anything if the support cant fix this issue.
