This is unacceptable this thread is nearly 10 pages long with people being robbed by Ubisoft and all we get is one support guy helping one person and ignoring the rest of us ?
I am shocked as to how a company like Ubisoft can take our money and not give us what we ordered ? Surely at least one employee can sit there for an hour or so and help us all in this thread ?

It will, I bought mine back in mid Feb and had a 404 error, had it sorted in 3 hours, in saying that Support were not dealing with nearly the amount of issues back then to now. Some peeps will call up over a bug in the game thus holding them up to fix the legit issues like yours and the others here. Your money is not with Ubisoft, it's in limbo on hold from your bank when errors happen in online transactions and Support will either fix the problem and get you your game or get the money off hold by contacting your bank. If a seller does not collect it automatically reverses the hold and returns to your bank, some 5 days, some 7 to 10. Calling your bank will not release the hold as they don't know if the product has been supplied so it's a waiting game and I hope it's not too much longer for you.
