Same issue , Odyssey arm, and now also "City Runner" items. Unlocked in my Uplay account, but not in the game.

Yeah same issue, No Oddesey arm band and none of the City Runner gear.

Same issue here. Also noticed the Declaration weapon skin never showed up despite being green and showing as redeemed.
