Controller not responding + sound going off + stuttering

    Hello,

So I have the same issue as quite a lot of people, my Xbox One controller (wireless) randomly stops registering commands for a few seconds in The Division 2 before going back to normal.

Sometimes it's even as long as 7 seconds and more and in that case the sound goes off too. It's the only game I have that does that.

The other common issue I have is that I encounter random stuttering too, the frames stops and then it comes back to where I was moving at and the ennemies were moving with an accelerated speed x10 to catch up.

Hoping for solutions and most importantly fixes in upcoming patches. Keep up the good work

I am having issues also using xbox controller about the same as you and would appreciate a solution. All my other games which support controller work perfectly.

So I tried DX12 today, seeing that after today's patch the stuttering got really worse.

That solved it apparently but instead of stuttering, my first crash happened...

I have tried dx12 as well and it just randomly crashes to desktop so no joy there. Am still getting the controller issues with my character randomly moving by itself with no control from me.

My Xbox one Wireless controller causes The Division 2 to Stutter to the point where it crashes into PC memory and the Application can't be relaunched. I connected My Xbox wireless controller to the micro USB cable and now the game doesn't crash nearly as much. The hard Video/Audio stutter is gone. I am wondering if this game has a memory leak when certain devices are connected.
