I submitted something yesterday too, did you see the response email sent to you stating it can take up to 48 hours for a response. Patience brother, they are giving you the information and communicating with you. Imagine launch day for the whole world, they might be really busy right now. I can only imagine millions of people playing and their staff of 13,000 (not all of which work on D2) trying to manage it all. Be realistic in your expectations.

On their twitter page it said that they was gonna do another maintenance and then they didn't as something came up so have they said when that gonna happen?

I have not heard anything about the next maintenance outside the normal schedule which I believe is once per week at the same day/time. So I would expect one week from last maintenance.
