Ubisoft has asked for issues to be reported here or with trouble tickets. Not sure how old your trouble ticket is but its only been an hour since you reported it here, give them time to respond. You also might find more help if you gave them some specifics to look into your issue such as what platform your using and model (i.e. PS4 or PS4 Pro) also the version of the game you bought (i.e. Digital, Disk and what edition standard, gold, etc...) Without details your basically asking a mechanic to fix your car because it doesn't look right. Help them help you.
