Settlement Progress not checking projects off | Forums

I have completed everything in that first progress slot and it shows everything but the two projects are checked off even though I have completed them. So I can't find out what is more need to upgrade the settlement and gain new personnel. The project window is empty and no new projects pops up.

Believe I am having the same issue. I'm almost level 11 and can't progress the story beyond the first settlement. Stuck trying to unlock the DZ lady, Senait Ezera. Can't talk to anybody in the Theater, stuck with 2/4 missions complete.

Make sure you have zoomed out on the map all the way. Just realized what I thought was stuck wasn't actually stuck, I was just zoomed in too far so had no idea the mission I needed was further to the south than I was. SIGH... wasted a good five hours last night replaying noob zone 1-2 for no reason at all.

It would have been SO HELPFUL if when I selected the missions in the activity view if they actually gave me a GPS marker of some kind or any indication at all that they were off map. =/

I've complete everything for that first section of the settlement and it's only the 2 projects that are not being counted in the progress section. I keep doing missions and side missions and they just stay the same, not being checked off. The projects kiosk isn't showing them either, so I know they are complete since I do have the blueprint rewards.

Not quite sure what happen but things just unlock itself, though the projects is still not checked off in the progress kiosk er window...all I did was just kept playing and clearing out missions and side missions and unknown activities in each area.

I cannot unlock crafting because its showing the 2 projects aren't complete... even though I've done them and the project vendor shows no projects available.

I had this issue as well, the only way I was able to get around it was joining a distress call and completing them with someone else. (know it's not a fix, but work around until it gets fixed)

I had this on my playthrough. None of my projects ever got ticked off the lists but I was still able to continue.

In my case I just needed to complete another mission to unlock the next settlement upgrade. Go to your 'settlement upgrades' and look at what is needed for the next level. It may say 2/3 missions or similar.

@UnwiredEddie would be correct! Be sure to check that you've completed the required missions. We do have this FAQ if you are currently stuck/not progressing in the game.
