Really just looking for an ubisoft employee to help with my alternate account
On that account I first registered for Rainbow Six Siege on a free weekend and somehow registered with my email@gail.com instead of @gmail.com
I just want to change it, but I am having errors submitting a request on the support page, I am unable to submit a case or start a love chat on my alternate, or on this account
I feel like this change would literally take less than a minute but I just need to get in contact with an employee so that is why I am posting on the forum, I do realize this is the wrong place to do this but there is no other place to contact support
@Ubisoft - this is an example of incompetent support personnel that has no business handling troubleshooting tasks. Gabrinth I'm sure is a fine human being, but the fact that they didn't understand the customer's crystal clear request to do a simple email address change on their account should be a HUGE red flag. This support rep sent your customer to the wrong place on a goose chase and clearly did not understand what the issue was, even though it was spelled out for them.
This is exactly the type of issue your customers complain about. I hope a manager sees this and addresses the issue. Take it from someone whose managed a support department before, this type of issue needs to be addressed immediately before more of your customers have bad experiences.
