seriously it was a blast at release date but now it is just annoying skills are a big part of the game this is a total game breaker
if you wont patch it in the next few hours just revert it back to how it was before the last patch atleast stuff worked!!! and nothing was game breaking
however this is just stupid

Not sure why, but it Divison 2 skills were working perfectly tonight. I just played an hour and had no problems. 1:30am to 2:30am (19th March).

(I wondered if it was patched while Uplay was open and I was busy with other things.)
