This happened to me today too and now I'm stuck like that, went from female face 9 to female face 1. I played for at least 12+ hours without the issue but sometime after I unlocked the barber (no idea if it's related or not) and played around with it, I noticed. Actually I noticed it first when I loaded up the Division 2 on a different PC.

Needless to say this extremely annoying. I pay for in-game clothing and visual modifications so it goes without saying that I want to continue wearing the face that I picked.

Crap, wrong forum. This issue happened to me on the PC.

This happened to me on PS4. One day my character was white now he is brown.

Reloading seems to have reset things

Happened to me as well. I’m on ps4, extremely frustrating I hate the way my character looks now and do not want to start over, I’m already level 30 with decent gear. My characters appearance frustrates me so much it’s keeping me from enjoying the game as much as I was. Please fix!!

My skin color and all facial features changed, looks very ugly. Reloading does not fix

Same issue for me think it happened after unlocking barber, but someone else said theirs had changed before we got that far.

My character's face also changed, I don't know what caused it but i noticed it last night when i was at the barber's changing my face paint. I've tried logging out and back in, even restarting the PS4 but it seems to be permanently changed.

Just noting that I am also having the problem on the PS4. I’ve gone through a few power downs and still have the same new appearance.

I also am on PS4 Pro and this issue just happened to me and reloading does not fix it
