    Forget restarting. Players have level 30+ characters affected by this. There needs to be a more direct plan for a fix and if not that then compensation.

    We've been told to wait patiently for three weeks. This response is not okay.

    Probably won’t be fixed

    This happened to me with the day one patch, I bought the ultimate edition for $120 to get early access and was already world tier 2 almost 3 when the day one patch launched so restarting was out of the question for me. They stated in the patch notes yesterday that they fixed what causes the issue, I imagine that it’s not fixed though. They also said in the notes that they could not revert the change for those who are affected by this bug and are looking into ways to allow us to change it back. I would bet that they either will not ever fix this (most likely because it’s very low on their list) or at some point down the line they planned to put full customization in as a micro transaction, meaning I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t fix it for those who had this bug and we will have to pay real money to change it.

    At this point I don’t care if I have to pay, I just want my character back, but won’t be surprised if I don't get it back. Also since I hate the way my character looks this apparal event is kind of a slap in the face for me.

    they already respond, they say they fix the problem, but they can't bring back the char's appearance, so, either you create a new character or stuck with the ugly one. and btw they don't have plans for a full customization in game but they are very, very, very sorry for all the inconveniences caused to all that player's that pay extra money for a year one pass that gives them practically nothing but they still want to support their work

    For a game where customization is a big part of the draw (including MTXs that are purely aesthetic to personalize your character), this response was a blow.

    However, if you read their response they did in fact say that they will be looking to try and bring that ability to change your character but for now we are all stuck with the bugged alternative that was forced on us.

    Unfortunately, the investigation for the face issue is still currently underway and a fix has not yet been decided upon. This is currently being looked into with the highest priority, and once a fix has been made, We will announce it via our official channels on Twitter,and our support forums.

    Yeah mine's been like that all day I was a Caucasian male and now I'm an African American, don't know how to fix it I've tried restarting everything from my PlayStation to the game, nothing's worked so far. it's super irritating because I took time to make my character just the way I wanted and now it's totally randomized and stuck like that and it makes me not want to play unfortunately.
