this game is like big dlc but still we have so many bugs.. wtfffff especial this ****y face change..... give us f### change face to the game before you resolved the problem

That's sorta my thought as well... unlock the barber for full customization for free just until you get this bug resolved then go back to the way the barber is now.

This is easily one of, if not the most annoying bug I've ever had in a game.

I was playing tonight, got to level 29 fast traveled and my character went from being white to black. Completely different character. Like everyone else I'd tried everything logging out and back in. Tried logging in as a second character and back in as my first but no joy. The new guy is now on my main screen when I load the game. Please fix this guys. I'd spent some time tweaking my character to get him to look the way he did before this imposter took over haha.

Another week without fix it, it's pretty bad if take in account that this bug was detected by the community 1 day before global release.

The same thing has happened to me, the skin and face of my character have changed completely I look nothing like my character anymore, this is so frustrating, will this be fixed? will we be given a character reset? I dont really want to play on my character anymore if this wont be fixed ill just start a new character, i'd just like an answer so I can start a new character if I have to.

My character only has her armored vest on and game will not show her wearing any other top. It happens when I login to the game. No matter how many times I try to put any top on, it disappears.

My characters skin color and facial features are still wrong, reloading does not fix the issue. It’s been almost 2 weeks now l, all they’ve done is suggest reloading even though over half the people on these forums are telling them reloading does NOT fix the issue. At this point I’d be willing to bet they either can’t fix it or it’s so low on their list that they simply won’t.

yeah after changing hair color my characters facial features changed and his skin became darker

Like many of you i had the same issue. To me, it seems like an easy fix. Just grant everyone that plays 1 free complete character change at the barber. Just seems it may be easier than fixing characters individually. But locate the bug to prevent it as well.

okay so I'm not the only one this is happening to I was freaking out I was like hold up I know something is totally different on my character and it's everything facial features skin color hair color everything is wrong they really need to fix it it's really bothering me and I find it very weird because I can't fix this at the barber
