    Why not just give your customers the ability to change their appearance at any point in their characters life instead while you folks sort this out? Seriously, what is the sense in continuing to play when immersions breaking bugs like this ruin the experience for some people.

    Seems to me all the more reason consumers should wait 3 or more months after your product's release before they buy. Those who are early adopters (your fans) seem to be the ones who get punished.

    This issue wouldn't be as big a deal if it weren't for so many other immersion and sometimes game breaking bugs we have been encountering. ....and then the long wait to have them fixed. ....or told they are fixed only to find out they are not and then we have to wait weeks or even months after before they really are (if at all).

    Got a response from UbiSoft Support last week saying, "This issue has been reported to our development team, although I am sorry to say we do not have a timescale for a fix at this time."

    Yes, it was supposed to be fixed but they said they did not have a way to reverse the issue which sucks for those already affected. They also mentioned that they were looking into ways to allow players to change their character in the future (after the initial creation screen) but they don;t know when that might be.

    ....but now it seems that "fix" doesn't even work. IMO, they should have just let players access the character customization screen now and then work on fixing the problem after. At least then we could all change our characters back if or when they ever change.

    .....so now I'll wager we all have to wait another month or more for another patch and who knows how long after that to actually fix the problem by being allowed to change our characters back.

    Heres a video that someone else posted on a seperate forum a few weeks back. Hope it helps the dev team just incase they missed it. Please give us the option to recreate/edit character. Dont wanna spend another 200+ hours on a new character.

    Any update to this issue? Just give us token or anything to edit our characters.
    I have spent 130hours on mine agent and i dont feel that i want to do that again just to change apperence
