Experimental Workaround for Editor Track Saves Disappearing - Need more testing...

    Hello,

The track saves disappearing from the editor is probably the most infuriating bug in Trials Rising right now. But I've been testing a workaround following some idea I saw:

    1. Create any new track and put whatever in it. Do not change the difficulty settings.
    2. When saving your track for the first time, create a new file.
    3. When saving at any subsequent time, create a new save file for the track. DO NOT OVERWRITE THE PREVIOUS SAVE.
    4. Delete the older save of the track.

For example, if you create a track called "B". The first save will be "B1". Save it again under a new file called "B2", and delete B1 after saving. And so on.

I've been working on a track for 7 consecutive days like that, without it ever disappearing... While the other tracks that had saves overwritten did disappear. So I'm 80% sure the issue comes from overwriting saves, and that this workaround could be viable. That said, could people test out this workaround and give me feedback on it? I'd appreciate it

    This definitely works

Had a thread going about this here:

You can delete the track right before you save it too, that way you can just use the same name.
Been working fine since I've been doing this.
Lost upwards of 30 backups before when using overwrite.
