I noticed i bought Division 2 for my other account (which i still have access to just not the email) I purchased the game via ubisoft store and noticed that my order is receipt is there but when I logged into the account in the Uplay client nothing is there no game, no purchase history. Try to log out, and log in again to your account. This worked for me. I don't use credit cards for buying games. I use PayPal because it is a lot easier to use. I bought a pack of verified PayPal accounts on the CVV shop because I didn't want to lose time by verifying them. It is very hard to verify a PayPal account since the last security update. I think they need too much personal data from you, for such an account. I know that these new security features save a lot of people from scammers, but it also hard to verify an account for an ordinary customer.
