Hi WinstonofLords. I checked your account and didn't see a ticket regarding that at all. The only ticket I can see is regarding crashing issues with R6S. You can attempt to request a refund, but it does not appear you ever stated that you wanted a refund.

Same thing here. Purchased Ultimate Edition... Game never showed up.
Purchase is in my history in the Store... But not showing up in UPlay or my Transaction History in Account Management.
Am able to download my Invoice from the Store for the transaction.

Same issue with Division 2 standard edition. I submitted a case with ID 08392284 that includes my order number. I also used the club coins discount code but I was still charged the full $59.99 on my credit card. I expect that the promised discount (you are promoting the store with the 20% discount touted which is why I bought from uPlay instead of the alternative) will be credited to my card and that I will be able to access the game that Ubi has already been paid for. Like the others the order is showing up in my order history, but I never received an order confirmation email nor is the game appearing in my library.
I purchased The Division 2 a couple of hours ago and it hasn't appeared in my games library. Under the my orders section on Uplay it shows that I purchased it and it gives me an invoice. Credit card company has a pending charge for the game but it still isn't appearing in my games library.

@stidgets I checked your account and can see one attempt and one successful purchase. If you were charged for both, the first attempt was a failed order. You should get the hold lifted in up to 10 business days. I checked both attempts and did not see a 20% discount code used on either purchases. You wouldn't be able to use it on TD2 anyway because of your regional restrictions.
