    Credit card payment is successful,but I don't see the game on list

    I buy the Division 2 ultimate edition by uplay software , credit card payment is successful , but I don't see the game in uplay game list and I not receive anything email about this transaction

    @Lance.cc - I'm sorry you are having a frustrating experience, and I'd like to help! I see a number of failed orders on your account. First, please note that these transactions did not complete, so what looks like a charge is a temporary hold on your account that will be removed in 7-10 business days. If you would like to make another purchase I recommend the following troubleshooting: If you are using a browser, use a different browser and/or incognito mode. If you are using Uplay, install the latest version and run it as administrator after closing Uplay entirely.

    @Warlord_Fluxx - I'm sorry you're having troubles completing your purchase. Please note that I do not see any transactions at all attempted for The Division 2 on your account. It may be that the purchase was made on another account. It may also be that the purchase didn't go through at all. It's difficult for me to say, as I cannot look into this further without knowing what account the purchase was attempted/made on.

    I also bought The Division 2 via Uplay on 5. mar 2019. Yet its not on my game list, nor i see nothing in the purchase history. And the payment was charged, but when i check i see that the payment has reserved status. Can you pls confirm that this is the same issue like mr Lance.cc ?

    Similar issue

    Good Evening UbiGabrinth

    I am having a similar issue, I have been charged on my credit card 3 times for Division 2 standard edition and the bank has provided authorisation codes, but I have not got a single copy of the game. Could you kindly check on my account please.

    Same I purchased the game late last night and charged my card but received no game nothing. The second I hit make payment the browser reverted to the purchase history with nothing in it and my bank account was charged. Why is this happening?
